Acceptable Stay with Issues

convenient metro stationlow cleanlinessweak water pressure
The location was near the metro station making travel convenient.
I experienced issues with the room cleanliness I found dust and sticky spots on the pull out table and the smell in the toilet was unpleasant I cleaned myself. The water pressure in the shower was also weak. I hope the management addresses these issues.

The location proved convenient with the train station so close. The staff was excellent and always professional. I really liked having a kitchen in the room. It helped save some money on food.
The room windows faced the shopping mall so I got no fresh air. The double bed was two single beds pushed together. The bathroom smelled of drainage.

convenient location and well-equipped rooms

convenient locationattentive staffdust problem
the location is very convenient , with a metro and bus stop right outside the building. i found the staff to be quite attentive to my needs. the drains in my room were clogged, and someone came to fix them within minutes. the filtered water available was a useful addition.
the cleanliness could be improved , as i noticed some dust in the room. the lighting was not very bright , especially in the bathroom. i also noted that the floors did not feel very clean and my socks became dirty after walking around. a more thorough cleaning would be beneficial.

Decent stay, some minor issues

central locationhelpful staffequipped kitchenettedirty windowsdim lightingstreet noise
I really liked how central the location was! It was easy to walk to many attractions and the metro was right outside (so convenient!). The staff were helpful and friendly. They always greeted me with a smile. My studio apartment had a well-equipped kitchenette, a real bonus.
I did notice the room could use some deeper cleaning. The windows seemed really dirty, and I spotted some dents and scratches on the furniture (not a big deal, but noticeable). The lighting in the bathroom was also quite dim. The noise from the busy street below was noticeable.
